- Peel off the transparent film and stick it on the part you want to cool down. - After opening, fold the cut end twice along the dotted line and store it in the box of this product so that the unused part does not come into contact with the outside air. - If you are sweating, wipe it off well before using it. Also, if you repeat re-sticking, sticking will get worse, so avoid it as much as possible. - Replace when it no longer works. - For hygienic and functional reasons, this product should be used only once. - If you store it in a refrigerator or the like and use it after cooling, you can obtain a further cooling effect. (Do not put it in the freezer. Product function may be reduced.)
