2. How to Track your order
You will receive "order confirmation" with the tracking number by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Tracking will be updated at your account page.
3. The reason is there a delay your order delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to rural or remote areas, or during the holiday season. To track the status of your order, use the tracking link in your confirmation email. We'll also provide updates on your order.
4. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Only physical addresses are accepted. Orders with these addresses will be cancelled.
5. Signature on delivery
Signature is not required. If unavailable, parcels will be left in a secure location unless specified otherwise, in which case a reattempt will be made.
